In the fall of 2012, we launched OnRamp Concierge, a technologically advanced way to keep serving our customers after they’ve driven away from our lot. By scanning a QR code with their smartphone, the customer can access information and tools specific to their rental vehicle. And with Rate This Ride, customers can rate their vehicle, and give us feedback on our fleet. It’s yet another way we use innovation to enhance the customer experience.
